I’ve written about Kamala Harris’s flip-flops in past blogs. Harris, who opposed the wall along the southern border during the Trump administration, is now pledging to allocate hundreds of millions of dollars to that very project if elected.
Harris has backtracked on other liberal positions she once championed, like supporting Medicare for All and opposing fracking. These changes have some folks wondering how far she’ll pivot to gain broader appeal. For instance, she opposed Trump’s family separation policies and mass deportation strategies. But during her speech at the Democratic National Convention, she said she’d support a recent bipartisan border security bill—a bill that includes funding to continue building the wall she once decried.
But this isn’t the only area where Harris’s positions have evolved. Remember her past advocacy for banning gasoline-powered vehicles? Now she’s claiming she’s opposed to electric vehicle mandates.
Sounds like she’s embracing Donald Trump’s policies. It does. The New York Post finally exposed this on the front page on August 28, 2024. Pretty much says it all, doesn’t it? Too bad the rest of the mainstream media isn’t willing to do the same.
